Core i7-5800/5900 TS13A stock cooling fan going bigger Vs RTS2011AC

The next September Intel will release it's next generation of Core 5800 and 5900 high end desktop processors code-named “Haswell-E" for performance enthusiasts including the Core i7-5960X, Core i7-5930K and the Core i7-5820K, the new series seems to go hotter driving Intel to ship these Haswell-E chips with a bigger stock fan than the precedent RTS2011AC.
The new TS13A stock cooling fan will features a bigger heat sink and a larger cooper core for better heat spreading 75mm vs 63mm, keeping the fan the same cappable of cooling 140Watt of dissipation 

The new Haswell-E line will feature solid specifications such as the DDR4 controller supporting up to 2133MHz in quad channels configuration, in addition to 20MB L3 cache, up to 40 PCI Express 3.0 and the latest Intel® Turbo boost technology.
