Taiwanese overclockers has received hands on Intel's yet-unpublished Sandy Bridge code named intel CPU Engineering Sample .
This is a 32 nm technology, quad-core desktop processor manufactured, which is capable of Hyper-Threading feature allows to deal simultaneously in eight thread. Cores are equipped with 256 kilobytes of L2 cache price as all cores are divided among 6 megabytes of L3 cache size. LGA 1155, ancestor of the processor is dual-channel DDR3 memory controller and the overall clock speed is formed 100 MHz base clock frequency.Coolaler has pushed through a few tests, 2.5 GHz clock speed processor-operating-ES, and his site can be found in, inter alia, superpia 1M, Cinebench R11.5, Everest, CPUmark, 3DMark06, 3DMark05 and 3DMark03 results.
