How to reset reinstall Macbook/PowerBook G5 without disks using command prompt (easy steps)

This new tutorial to help those who want to reinstall and reset the Apple Macbook or PowerBook G and clean out the iOS without the need of disks using the command prompt lines, in case you lost your computer disks or if any one forget the password for the secession or your  Mac computer stuck at first boot, so if you are one of them and want to reinstall a new clean iOS then you are on the good place, just follow the steps bellow.



This method work with wide range of Apple computer, laptop or desktop, all you have is to try it, if it wont work then you must use an operating system disk, tested on the PowerBook G5 and earlier.
 
shutdown your laptop/computer, then power it, when you hear the first Apple sound hold down "Command button" and "S" until you get the command prompt screen then type in the following commands, these are case sensitive please write them as they are and press Enter after every line:

  • /sbin/fsck -y
  • /sbin/mount -uaw
  • rm /var/db/.applesetupdone
  • reboot
Thats all, now your Apple computer will restart with a new OS settings, asking you to put the new parameters.
