Xbox One can take gamers privacy on risk using third parties

Microsoft can't handle more trouble on their next generation gaming console Xbox One, last week, research report that more than 70% of gamers around the world would chose Sony's Playstation 4 over Xbox One, now here is another bite from Germany.

The government there report that the Xbox One is a monitoring device and can set German's personal privacy on risks, data coming a camera built-in and movement sensors are processed on an external server.

The Federal Data Protection Commissioner for Berlin, Peter Schaar said "Under the heading, game device 'Microsoft pushes a monitoring device in the market. The Xbox continuously records all sorts of personal information about me. Reaction rates, my learning or emotional states. The are then processed on an external server, and possibly even passed on to third parties. Whether they will ever deleted, the person can not influence".
