GT 645, GT 640 and GT 630 specifications and details ready for OEM
The OEM products of the new Nvidia GT 600 series are ready, the result is five new OEM desktop products using the new 28nm technology promising a low power consumption and new media experience targeting the HTPC uses.
In addition to the five models on the table bellow, Nvidia releases two OEM GPUs, the GT 605 and GT 620 which are basically nothing but a re-brand of the previous generation, the GT 520 and Geforce 510 based on the 40nm Fermi arch.
The flagship of the new OEM GPUs is the GT 645 feature 288 CUDA processors running at 1552Mhz, and a memory clock set to 1914Mhz using a 128 bit wide bus
